For members age 5 - 15, your Mini Mindful Membership will include:
- Use of our swimming pool during children hours
- A towel per visit
- One hot chocolate per month
Health Club Rules and Ettiquette
• All exercise carried out must be completed safely and responsibly.
• Members/guests must be 16 or older to use the gym.
• Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool facilities
• Under 16/s are not allowed to use the steam room and sauna.
• Our gym is not supervised and is used at your own risk.
• Trainers/sportswear must be worn in the gym. Flip flops, sandals and casual wear are not permitted in this facility. Anyone wearing inappropriate clothing/footwear will be asked to leave the facility.
• Swimwear must be worn when using the pool, sauna and steam room.
• Outdoor footwear must be removed when walking on poolside or overshoes put on.
• Facilities opening and closing times must be respected.
• Any aggression or abuse toward staff members will not be tolerated and may result in you being asked to leave or your membership terminated.
• Jumping, running and diving by / in the pool is not tolerated.
• One towel per member per visit is provided. Any additional towels are £1.00 each.
• Your membership card must be presented on arrival.
• All towels must be disposed of in the trolley in the spa reception area on exit
• No glass or crockery are allowed on poolside.
Personal Details
• It is your responsibility as a member, to update us of any changes with your personal details.
• On joining, a health questionnaire must be completed to the best of your knowledge to ensure your safety.
Membership Payments
• Your direct debit payment will be taken on the 1st of each month. However, bank holidays may effect this.
• A monthly charge is applied if you freeze your membership of £5.00. Your membership can be suspended for a maximum of 3 months, after this your membership will automatically be un-suspended and will revert to your monthly rate. Freeze only applies to monthly memberships. Please be aware this must be actioned at least 20 working days prior to your payment date.
• If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your membership fee, we require at least 20 days’ notice to amend the direct debit amount.
Direct Debit Prices
1. From time to time we may need to increase the price of membership. We will give you at least 1 full months’ notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase.
During this period, you will have your usual right to terminate your membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions and rules. If you do not terminate the membership by the date given to you in the notice, then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance with our notice.
Termination Of Membership
1. You may terminate your membership at any point, you are not tied into a fixed term contract. We do require 1 months’ notice to ensure your membership is cancelled efficiently and your direct debit with us is cancelled. To cancel your membership, please email – spamanager@billesleymanor.com
Maintenance Works
1. There may be occasions where we have to close all, or part of, the gym and spa of which you are a member. We will do our best to let you know of such closures in advance of them taking place, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. We will endeavour to ensure that such closures are outside of peak visiting hours and are kept to a minimum, in both duration and frequency. You will not be entitled to a refund of part of, or all of, your membership fees in such circumstances.
2. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by any event that is outside of our reasonable control.
Swimming Pool
• The pool is monitored by pool responders via CCTV at spa reception.There are no lifeguards present on poolside.
• No running, jumping or diving is tolerated.
• Any inappropriate behaviour will be acknowledged and a member of the spa team can ask for you to leave the facility at any point. Especially if they feel the members behaviour is impacting the safety of others.
• 12m Length / 1.4m deep
• Under 16’s must be supervised by an adult at all times. Ratio 1:2
• Any health conditions which may impact your safety must be mentioned to a staff member.
Medical
• Our staff, agents and subcontractors are not medically trained and should you have any concerns with your health and fitness you should seek independent medical advice before engaging in any physical activity on our premises
• Reading these terms and conditions, you confirm that you voluntarily take part in fitness classes and weight training using gym equipment with the aim of improving your fitness, strength and flexibility. You are required to understand that cardiovascular activities are designed to place an increasing workload on the heart and lungs to help improve their efficiency. You should understand that you are responsible for monitoring yourself throughout the class and weight training. Should any unusual symptoms occur, you should stop.
• There is always a risk of injury when you exercise. You should understand the risk of your participation and you have read these terms and conditions and understand the nature of the exercise class.
