Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment start time to allow time to complete a consultation form. Failure to arrive early may cause your treatment time to be cut shorter.
Our cancellation policy:
Cancellation over 14 days, you will be refunded in full
Cancellation under 14 days to 5 days in advance, a 50% refund will be issued or your booking can be moved to a date of choice (subject to availability).
Cancellation under 5 days to 3 days, no refund will be provided. However, your booking can be moved to another date of choice with an admin charge of £5.00 per treatment booking.
Cancellation under 48 hours, no refund will be provided and the booking will not be amendable to another date and full payment will be charged.
